Bethany McNease serves as the Controller, overseeing all accounting operations within the company. Bethany breaks the mold of the typical accountant by bringing a friendly and bubbly personality to a field often perceived as lacking in creativity. In her role, Bethany most appreciates the opportunity to make a difference by collaborating with various departments to ensure the company successfully navigates the unpredictable nature of the construction business.
Bethany holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from William Carey University. Her previous experience and accolades include serving as Controller for M.G. Dyess, Inc. and Southeastern Investments as well as being named one of Mississippi’s 50 Leading Business Women in 2014.
When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, fishing, and hunting. She and her husband, Shea, have two children, George Morris (14) and Evie (12), and two dogs, Hank and Hazel. Here’s a little tidbit you may not know about her: She was the lone female on her high school’s golf team.
