Hanco Sr. Project Manager Billy Carr is an LEED-certified builder with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. His primary responsibilities include estimating and bidding on projects to secure new work and overseeing every aspect of a project to ensure Hanco stays on plan and meets every specification. Billy’s extensive experience and patience make him particularly well-suited for his role.
Billy finds that the most rewarding aspect of his work is satisfying his clients so much that they come back to him for new work. Taking unique and challenging projects always brings a sense of pride upon completion. Billy places great importance on training the next generation of artisans and contributing to developing tradespeople to ensure their work meets industry standards and exceeds customer expectations.
Away from work, Billy enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, boating, and playing baseball. His wife, Jennifer, is the Assistant Principal at Petal High School. They have two children: Nathan, who is entering his second year at PRCC and working part-time with Hanco, and Audrey Kate, who is entering her senior year at Petal High School, where she is active on the Dance team and Petal Soundsations.
