Meet our Office Manager, Cassandra Reid. Her responsibilities include managing day-to-day office activity, contracts, accounts payable, and our Human Resources department. Her role is essential to ensuring the office runs smoothly, and she always does so with grace and a smile. Her strong ability to work well with others and her excellent memory make her a fantastic fit for this position. Before joining the Hanco team, Cassandra worked for 13 years as a customer service representative for a busy insurance agency.
Cassandra says the most rewarding aspect of her job is the camaraderie with her co-workers, whom she has come to treat like an extension of her family. She enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family when she’s not at work. Her husband, Eddie, owns a classic car restoration shop. She has a stepson, Josh, and a biological son, Dakota. Josh has three children, Emma, Henry, and Sam, making her a proud Gigi. Despite her professional demeanor, many might be surprised to learn that she considers herself shy.
